Applicant must have at least three years' management experience in a licit and profitable agricultural, commercial or industrial business. Unlike the investor immigrant, the entrepreneur is not required to demonstrate a correlation between capital and work experience.

Self Employed
Applicants must have at least three years' experience, with one year in the management of a licit and profitable agricultural, commercial or industrial business, and at least two years in the "economic activity" that the applicant intends to pursue in Quebec.
